Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be in its original, unopened packaging (including unbroken cellophane), unused, and accompanied by your original Emanuel New York sales receipt. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but Emanuel New York cannot be held responsible for claims submitted after the 10-day window.

How to Return
- In-store: Bring your item and original receipt to Emanuel New York at 329 West 39th Street, New York, NY 10018.
- By mail: Contact info@emanuelnewyork.com to request a prepaid return shipping label. Return labels will be sent at your expense. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds & Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue either a digital store credit or refund—whichever you prefer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you used a prepaid label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges If your item arrived defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. Email info@emanuelnewyork.com with your order details, and we’ll send you a complimentary shipping label. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Cancellation Policy
Because orders are processed immediately through our secure merchant processor, a cancellation request before shipment will incur a 5% cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel:
- Before shipment: You will be charged a 5% cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- After shipment: Please initiate a return under our Return & Exchange Policy; all return-related fees will apply.
