What’s your shipping policy?

Emanuel New York online orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of payment authorization.

Ground shipping is complimentary with your order over $95, otherwise a rate depending on weight and location will be charged.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment with the tracking number.

 While we promise to do our best to ship you your order as soon as we can, Emanuel New York is not responsible for any delays to shipping caused by payment issues, weather, or issues beyond the company’s control.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within the United States

Do you ship on weekends/holidays?

Emanuel New York online orders are processed weekends and holidays. However, we are limited to the operating days of our shipping partners. If an order is processed on a weekend or holiday, it will be received by our shipping partners and shipped during normal operation schedule of the shipping service. 

Emanuel New York is not responsible for delays from the carrier that may arise due to weather, general delays, or other delays due to the covid-19 pandemic.

Where is my order?

Your tracking number is available on the shipment notification email we sent you! Please refer to the tracking number to track your order. 

Sample Orders Using USPS First Class Mail

Please note that sample orders sent via USPS First Class Mail do not include tracking numbers. These packages are dispatched similarly to standard letters and typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Kindly check your mailbox or designated USPS delivery area for your package.
