Ultraviolet is a magical place on the spectrum producing light that moves so quickly that it seems to bounce back and forth from red to blue making it nearly impossible to capture. This action produces a sort of sheen or glow that some can see and unfortunately others cannot. Locking it down to an aroma is just as enigmatic, it seems to change the longer one perceives it, taking us down a rabbit hole of all things blue – muscat grapes, blue cotton candy, the sky, blue bells, Alice’s dress. We inhale hoping for magic and wait.
